We leaven our Dr. Kracker flatbread crackers with good old-fashioned yeast, not the chemical formulation most conventional cracker companies use. Rising with yeast is more time-intensive and costly, but we passionately believe that yeast and fermentation are the keys to unlocking the full flavor and character of whole grains and seeds.
And finally, the baking: after they've been rolled and pre-cut, Dr. Kracker flatbreads crackers are artisan-baked in our state-of-the-art ovens—the same ovens used by artisan bread bakers in the world’s finest bakeries.
