- Culinary Crisps

- Dr. Kracker loves to come up with new recipes, and the Culinary Crisps respond to what we are hearing from customers in 2 big ways.
- First: We have added olive oil in the case of three flavors and butter in the Apple Crisp to bake a much more delicate crisp while still retaining our commitment to organic whole grains and to organic whole seeds.
- Second: Customers are asking for more "foodie" flavors. The Culinary Crisps respond to this request by taking our basic whole grain base — either wheat or spelt — and adding exciting food pairings. Sundried tomatoes and black sesame seeds with a dot of chile in the Fire Roasted; Apples and cane sugar with an oat and flax topping in the Apple Crisp, with an unmistakable caramelized flavor from the long, slow bake; and sour cherries, golden semolina and a touch of fennel in the Cherry Semolina. All can be enjoyed as they are or make a delicious combo with a variety of cheeses, dips and spreads. They celebrate food!
- These new flavors are just entering the market, and we hope that you will enjoy them.

- Flatbreads

- The original.
- Slabs of crisply baked bread are a standard in Northern Europe. However, we North Americans may be less familiar with how to go about eating something like this, wondering things like “
What's the correct flatbread-eating etiquette?
” - When it comes to eating flatbread, everyone has his or her own technique. The truth is, there is no right (or wrong) way, but some of us have more methodical approaches than others. For instance, when George wants even flatbread pieces, he cracks off the top one-third of the flat, and then breaks the remaining section once again along either the vertical or horizontal axis.
- Other people have been known to just break off random pieces as they go along.
- The best thing about experimenting with flatbread eating technique is that if you feel you have made a mistake, you can just eat it. And it’s good.
- Snacker Krackers

- These bite-sized Snacker Krackers are great for party trays, as an alternative to croutons on salads, and a hearty accompaniment to soups, stews, and other savory hot bowls of good food.
