		<description>I tried out this Guacamole this weekend. It was all that it promised. The mulit color of the red peppers and the yellow of the mango created a very attractive serving. The flavors worked together very well: not too sweet and just enough sour. I used fozen mango chunks from the supermarket to make the prep easier.  We enjoyed it on the Dr. K Seeded Spelt, my everyday favorite.</description>
